अचानक ये मन
किसी के जाने के बाद
करे फिर उसकी याद
छोटी छोटी सी बात

वो अंजान पल ढल गये कल
आज वो रंग बदल बदल
मन को मचल मचल रहें, न चल
न जाने क्यूँ
वो अंजान पल
सजे बिना मेरे नैनों मे
टूटे रे हाय रे सपनों के महल
न जाने क्यूँ
होता है ये ज़िंदगी के साथ
अचानक ये मन
किसी के जाने के बाद
करे फिर उसकी याद
छोटी छोटी सी बात
न जाने क्यूँ
वही है डगर
वही है सफ़र है नहीं
साथ मेरे मगर अब मेरा हमसफ़र
इधर उधर ढूँढे नज़र वही है डगर
कहाँ गईं शामें मदभरी
वो मेरे, मेरे वो दिन गये किधर

12 months seem to have gone by in a flash and here I am once again to celebrate a fresh milestone - 620 poems in 13 years.
Cuz Joao Marcedo you put me on the world map in 2015 and shored up my conviction in my mission and myself. Every milestone since I dedicate to you.
My survival as a poet with an audience would not have been possible without you, who visit my blog and your continued belief in me and my gift of verse.

How swiftly another year has gone by!
I wrote my first poem on 01.07.2009, and as the sunsets on the 12th year, my anthology boasts of 571 poems.
You could say, it's been a fruitful 12 years.

Projecting, Interpreting
You did not see me,
While
you were reading my words
You saw the
caricature,
That you
have built up of me
Cloaked in the
projections of your own mind-set.
Onto whatever I
said/wrote
You put
tone to my words
Nuanced
my phrases
Restructured
my punctuation
Assigned
intentions
..... According to your perceptions
In short, you
projected your interpretations onto my words
And so you
missed out,
On the
beauty of my mind
Its unique
approach to issues,
The careful and
precise usage
Of
language to communicate a thought.
... And
as a result, communication failed and we both lost.
